Release Date: 25 February 2026
Version 6.4 focuses on strengthening the foundation for intelligent automation, improving supply chain data quality at scale, and enhancing both backend integrations and user experience. This release prepares the platform for upcoming Smart Findings, while delivering meaningful improvements across supply chain intelligence, data validation, and UI consistency.
TRA ⇒ TR Intelligence Foundation
Version 6.4 lays the groundwork for Smart Findings, planned for later release.
Unstructured data generated by our discovery and detection technology (TRA) is now fed into our back-end AI Agentic platform (TR Intelligence). This integration enables:
Automated large-scale data processing
Advanced analysis across unstructured inputs
Scalable insight generation
Future intelligent finding creation
This architectural step enables more advanced automation and contextualised intelligence in upcoming releases.
Supply Chain Data Automation
Automated Data Fetching & Segmentation
To improve supplier intelligence at scale, supplier background data is now automatically fetched and populated in the backend.
For each supplier, this includes:
Corporate logo
Company description
Core business information
Additional background attributes
Suppliers are also automatically segmented by:
Company size
Business type
This improves KPI tracking accuracy, data quality, and scanning optimisation across supply chain analysis.
Supply Chain Data Reconciliation
To enhance supplier data quality and proximity accuracy, two automated reconciliation rules have been introduced:
Merge Rule
Automatically identifies and merges duplicate suppliers into a single entity.
Split Rule
When a supplier represents a collection of sub-suppliers, the system splits them into distinct supplier records for more accurate modelling and proximity calculations.
These improvements result in cleaner, more reliable supply chain data.
Business Intelligence Data Quality Validation
An internal KPI dashboard has been developed to monitor and safeguard the quality of Business Intelligence data before publication to the UI.
Monitored factors include:
Number of scans performed
Scan freshness
Field completion metrics
Confidence scoring levels
Each supplier dataset receives a pass/fail validation grade prior to being surfaced to customers, ensuring higher reliability and consistency.
Integrations
The ThingsRecon platform offers seamless integrations with a wide range of customer systems, including ticketing, vulnerability management, analytics, and reporting platforms.
ServiceNow
From version 6.4, large volumes of ThingsRecon data can now be delivered directly into the ServiceNow TPRM module via the updated Supply Chain API endpoints.
This integration enables:
Seamless data consumption within a familiar platform
Cyber hygiene risk and business intelligence data available in ServiceNow
Automated completion of supplier questionnaires
Task assignment and workflow management
Improved traceability and remediation tracking
The result is a streamlined operational experience for customers leveraging ServiceNow.
UI Improvements
Top 5 Supplier Toggle
Google, Amazon, Facebook (Meta), Apple, and Microsoft can now be toggled off in the Supply Chain dashboard widget.
This allows customers to:
Quickly identify less commonly connected suppliers
Focus on more meaningful or higher-risk third-party relationships
Updated Login Page
Users are now presented with a refreshed login experience that highlights Discovery and Supply Chain capabilities and resources.
Generic Thing Profile View
A unified “Thing” profile design has been introduced, standardising the layout across all thing types.
Application profiles now feature:
Clear presentation of recommendations
Improved layout consistency
Enhanced readability
New Domain Profile View
Version 6.4 introduces a dedicated Domain Profile View, which includes:
Domain attack surface calculation
Registrar information
Certificate expiry details
Recommendations
Cyber hygiene insights
Discovery and user tags
Impacted things
Top-level tabs are aligned with other Thing profile views to ensure consistency across the platform.
Business Intelligence Export
Users can now export Business Intelligence reports for subscribed suppliers.
From the Supplier Profile view, navigate to the Business Intelligence tab and select the export option available via the three-dot menu on the right-hand side.
This enables easy sharing, offline review, and reporting of supplier intelligence data.

This release also includes:
General UI refinements
