Introducing ThingsRecon Version 6.1

The latest version of ThingsRecon Supply Chain and TPRM introduces a new Business Intelligence experience within the Supply Chain Profile. This update adds a dedicated set of tabs that deliver deeper, evidence-based insights into supplier risk, performance, and digital exposure. With enhanced analytics, agentic intelligence, and transparent data sourcing, users can better understand and monitor supplier ecosystems.

Business Intelligence

Risk Summary:

The Risk Summary tab provides a dashboard-style view of the business intelligence data introduced in version 6.0. It includes corporate, geopolitical, financial, open-source intelligence, and compliance indicators, along with Digital Proximity and Digital Connectivity metrics for each supplier. This view offers a consolidated snapshot of critical supplier risk attributes.

SWOT: 

Using agentic intelligence, the SWOT tab automatically generates a detailed assessment of each supplier’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, drawing from the collected corporate, geopolitical, financial, OSINT, and compliance data.

Once a supplier is subscribed to, the SWOT analysis becomes available and updates continuously. Each quadrant includes a high-level summary, with pop-ins providing deeper contextual information.

Business Intelligence Details:

The Business Intelligence tab displays verifiable data points across corporate, geopolitical, and financial domains. Each data entry clearly cites its source and includes an assigned confidence score (0–1). Users can filter entries by field, source, category, value, and confidence level. Pop-ins offer expanded information for each item

to support deeper analysis.

Connections:

The Connections tab highlights digital relationships derived from supplier activity. Columns display details such as:

• Supplier domain

• Vector and vector type

• Customer domain where the connection was identified

• Relation count (the number of times the connection appeared across domains)

This view helps users understand the breadth and frequency of supplier digital touchpoints.

Bug Fixes & Minor Improvements

This release also includes numerous bug fixes, performance enhancements, and stability improvements to ensure a smoother user experience. This includes the detection of additional components.
