Enhanced Navigation & New Features for a Simplified User Experience:

We’ve made significant updates to improve usability, streamline workflows, and add new functionality. 


Updated Navigation:

To provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience, we’ve refreshed the left-hand navigation with new icons and clearer structure:

  • Dashboard:

View and filter widgets by data type (e.g., applications, domains). Includes a shortcut to create new reports. 

  • Content: 
    Access tests, test comparisons, and reports in one consolidated location. 

  • Settings: 
    Manage project-level configurations. Depending on your role, you’ll now find: 

  • Project Information 

  • Business Units 

  • Users & Access 

  • Report Templates 

  • Test Scan Workqueue (formerly “Items”) 

  • Test Scan Parameters (formerly “Parameters”) 

  • Advanced: 
    Replaces the previous “Jobs” section. View all executed scans, comparisons, and exports, along with their statuses. 

 

Export Directly From Filtered “Things” Table:

No need to generate a report to export filtered data. Users can now export directly from the Things Table after applying filters (e.g., applications that are online or have login features). 

 

Create & Manage Business Units:

Admins and operators can now manage business units directly from Settings. Capabilities include: 

  • Creating or deleting business units 

  • Assigning business units to parent units 

  • Associating domains with business units 


Deep Discovery Enhancement:

Easily select work queue items for Deep Discovery using a toggle switch. After scans complete, it’s now clearly indicated which scan type was performed on each item.

UX IMPROVEMENTS:

Scan Status Messaging: 
When a scan is in progress, a clearer message is displayed on the Dashboard:
"Scan in progress. Once the scan is complete, a new test result will appear here." 


Certificate Details:
Additional certificate metadata is now visible, including issuer and validity period. 


BackOffice Improvements:

  • Items are now organized into tabs for improved readability. 

  • Related data is grouped on detail pages, making information easier to find. 


UI Consistency:

  • Updated branded colors for better usability and design consistency. 

  • Clearer terminology: 

  • “Project Export” → Report 

  • Original “Report” → Report Template

BUG FIXES AND MINOR IMPROVEMENTS

This release also includes numerous bug fixes and minor enhancements for improved performance and stability.
