Jobs Error Codes:

Returns 0	Successfuly executed
Returns 1	Unexpected exception. (likely crash)
Returns 2	cannot find working sqlite file for current test
Returns 3	No Test DB to work with, exit
Returns 6	Cannot create new test as previous one not found as Done
Returns 7	Cannot manage Temp DB
Returns 8	TR_PROJECT_BASE_PATH env variable not defined
Returns 9	License Policy does not permit to run this scan
Returns 10	Cannot find current test to work with

Additional error Codes from Kubernetes:

Code 137 : Pod out of Memory

Code 143 : Pod received a Kill Signal and stopped

Workqueue error codes:

License Over: This status is displayed when a domain cannot be taken into account because the maximum number of authorized domains per license has been reached.

Resolutions:

Some easy resolutions exist for some of these error codes.

Returns 6 : there are 2 ways to resolve this depending on the desired outcome :

Case 1 :

Resume the scan which is not finished. It will take the take it will take, but it will eventually finish.

Access the workqueue and simply select "Update the current scan", then click on "Launch Scan"

Case 2 :

Note: This requires to be enabled to access the Backoffice.

In case it is not necessary to finish the existing unfinished job, access the backoffice and search for the projectID in the Test Items. Project ID is visible in the URL :

Then, simply select the existing test and delete it :

This will resolve the problem.
