Duplicate of "Export to Excel" button

It has been found that we can see a duplication of buttons in the UI

Steps to reproduce:

Dashboard - select Applications. Click on any of the tiles to the right, ie info.outpost24.com (in the Outpost24 project).

Passport view opens and at the top there is only one "Export to Excel" button:

Now select Domains in dashboard. Click on the pwnieexpress.com tile to the right. Two "Export to Excel" buttons are visible. (Same for others like "scripts" etc).

Root cause:

This is a direct consequence of defect # in GitLab

Resolution:

At this stage, no fix is available to mitigate this issue.
